Since 1996 Shade Solutions has been supplying custom shade sails and repairs to one of the sunniest cities on earth.
Our Story
We have owned and operated Shade Solutions in Perth, Western Australia since January 1996. With a background of Carpentry and Building, and an interest in creative design, moving into the Shade Sail industry was a natural progression.
Shade Solutions shade sails are creative, functional, and structurally sound. Over the years, we have worked closely with Engineers to develop innovative methods to attach shade sails to buildings and stand-alone posts. We have also regularly worked alongside Architects and Landscapers to achieve the desired outcome for our clients. Shade sails have proved to be an effective, adaptable, and resilient solution for a variety of outdoor areas.
Shade Solutions are also a wholesale distributor to several other companies in Perth, Albany, Dunsborough, and Broome.
Architectural Commercial Residential
Using only premium components and materials, Shade Solutions has been designing, making and installing shade sails for householders, business owners and architects for over 27 years.
Shade sails owe much of their visual appeal to their parabolic shapes, but these are geometrically complex, and achieving them without wrinkles and overstressing requires skill and experience.
Although we can now do much of our design work using computers, no software alone can quite predict the behaviour of load-bearing textiles, so experience is vital.
